Park Shin Hye and Bong Tae Gyu cast in KBS Drama Special Don’t Worry, I’m Just a Ghost (July 15)
Park Shin Hye will portray a ghost that appears before a man (Bong Tae Gyu) who has lost his memory after waking up in a hospital. They soon start a sweet romance as she helps him deal with his own demons (or ghosts/spirits/demons. Get it?). The one-episode drama is written by Hwang Da Eun (Spring Waltz, The Art of Seduction) and directed by Lee Eun Jin.
I wasn’t sure Park Shin Hye would do anything domestically anytime soon because she’s been promoting in Japan (and they love her over there), but I’m glad to see her doing a project, even if it’s a drama special. I actually like the specials because they don’t require much commitment and the writer has no need to withhold certain things just so we’ll keep tuning. While I’m glad she’s back on the small screen, I’m so excited to see Bong Tae Gyu back. He’s a favorite of mine and, frankly, I didn’t know when he was going to be back seeing that he had to take a break to mourn for his father who passed away. I think this role is perfect for him in that he’s always been great at portraying the clumsy-yet-charming hero that finds some adorable (and usually embarrassing) way to get the girl.

ShinHye will finish filming special, then have a Heartstrings 1st FM in Japan, then go back to film her movie Dec 23rd (,which has already started filming this week)
June and July are the busy months for Shinhye ( as expected since she’d do more projects during the summer ^^ )
And I’m glad that PSH is stepping out of what she usually does to do this ( she usually has a drama/ year then a move the next year… lol ^^)

Plot
A father (Ryoo Seung-Ryong) who is mentally handicapped, but loves his daughter very much, is falsely accused of a crime and sent to prison. Later, her daughter works to prove his innocence.
Filming begins June, 2012.

Apparently, ShinHye will join the movie “Dec 23rd” (?)
It has been confirmed that actor Ryoo Seung-Ryong will be casting in director Lee Hwang Yeong’s new movie “December 23”.
On 10th May 2012, actor Ryoo Seung-Ryong revealed to mydaily: ” For the next movie “December 23”, we will be filming it in June. “December 23” is about a mentally handicapped father who has wrongly accused and was sent to jail. After he was in jail, his daughter tried all her means to prove that her father is innocent.
Ryoo Seung-Ryong will be casting as the mentally handicapped father. Although he still has a hectic schedule for “All About My Wife” and “Fashion King”, he stills makes an effort to be prepared to make the best out of his role for the upcoming movie.
In “December 23”, besides Ryoo Seung-Ryong, there will also be a mass participation from other actor and actresses as well which included Oh Dal-Su, Park Won Sang, Jeong Man-Sik, Kim Jeong-Tae, Park Shin Hye and etc.
Ryoo Seung-Ryong also revealed: “All the actors and actresses like the script.” and also expressed: “The virtues and good purposes behind this movie will make it be distinctive to all.”
The rest of the cast look a lot older than her ( and I don’t know them either)
…but it seems like more of a serious, darker, action kind of movie, which PSH wished for, so it’d be great ^^
Still not sure how to feel ab all the unknown actors though… Hope it will be a HIT
